For years doctors, physical therapists, dancers, and athletes have long revered Pilates for it’s many benefits.

Utilizing specially designed equipment, this innovative method gracefully molds, realigns, and balances your body.  It promotes core muscle strength while increasing flexibility, circulation, coordination and stamina.

Pilates frees you from poor postural and movement habits, helps heal hip, pelvic, back, neck and other joint problems, and alleviates tension and fatigue.

Our therapists have collaborated with our three new instructors to create programs specifically targeted towards those suffering with pelvic floor dysfunction. Please come in and speak with your therapist today about integrating this new program into your treatment plan.
