About Christina

Dr. Christina Yu (aka: C.Y.) achieved her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with high honors and has been an outpatient physical therapist for over 7 years.

As the primary pelvic health physical therapist at her last clinic, she has decided to pursue pelvic health full time due to a lack of resources and understanding of pelvic health conditions across all medical fields. Christina believes pelvic health is not discussed enough and hopes to be part of a larger conversation to improve overall health and advocate for patients suffering with pelvic health conditions so they can regain their quality of life.

Christina has worked with patients ranging from 8 to 100 years old with various conditions including post-operative and looks forward to using her strong orthopedic and massage therapy background, visceral manipulation techniques, and traditional pelvic health treatments all into one dynamic approach. Additionally, Christina has been a clinical instructor for many PT students over the years.

Christina will be treating patients in our Tustin and Los Alamitos offices offering both early morning and later evening appointments.

When she is not in the clinic, Christina is a major foodie who loves to eat and cook. She also enjoys reading, working out with her peloton, traveling, and learning Mandarin and Spanish!

We could not be more thrilled to have Christina a part of our team of pelvic healers!
